Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether the moveable alphabet should be presented by the Directress with phonetic spelling? Or should the Directress always present the correct spelling of words, and just not correct the children when they spell phonetically?

I personally think that the moveable alphabet should be presented phonetically, especially the first times it is presented. The moveable alphabet is meant to teach the child the love of writing, not necessarily in the correct spelling.
